The present article aims to critically review the views and foundations of Neo-Mu'tazilites, with a critical approach to the examination of their influence on Islamic rulings, particularly emphasizing Jabri foundations, in the interpretation of Islamic rulings. In this article, by referring to books and articles available in library sources and relevant materials in online libraries, the foundations of Mu'tazilites and Mohammad Abed Al-Jaberi, as one of their most influential figures, are examined, and some of their criticisms are addressed. The main objective of this article is to revisit the foundations of Neo-Mu'tazilites and Jabri through a descriptive-analytical method in order to examine their criticisms and impacts on various interpretations of Islamic rulings and sources. Consequently, this article provides an input for future research and possible investigations in this field by presenting the strengths and weaknesses of the foundations that give rise to various Mu'tazilite views. It explicitly examines and articulates the shortcomings of these perspectives and foundations, which lead to unacceptable implications and results in the religion of Islam, not only undermining Islamic teachings but also highlighting their rational and logical contradictions.
