The modern Islamic civilization is the result of the connection between the intellectual foundations, social requirements and global horizons of civilization; a three-level model that begins with a monotheistic perspective, manifests itself in the context of social and political institutions and ultimately is realized in the global arena. The aim of this research is to explain the three main levels of realization of the modern Islamic civilization. The method of collecting this research was library and its processing was descriptive-analytical.The results of this study showed that the realization of a new civilization has the opportunity to be realized through a systematic link between the intellectual and epistemological aspects of Islamic civilization, which is based on monotheism, science-centeredness, and justice, and the institutional and social aspects, which include guardianship, freedom of thought, reform, and social institution-building, and the global and civilizational aspects of the realization of a new Islamic civilization, which speaks of the inefficiency of material models and the decline in the attractiveness of Western civilization and emphasizes Islamic globalization as the ultimate strategy. Otherwise, the ideals of civilization will remain at a theoretical level
