The primary question of this research is what are the most important strategies for promoting and enhancing modesty and ḥijāb among individuals in society, particularly among young women, and what's the solution to get out of the minimal interest shown by some young women in modesty and ḥijāb? The method used in this study is descriptive-analytical, with an ijtihad-based approach that considers the personality and psychological traits of young women. It examines the cognitive and motivational factors influencing their interest or lack of interest in modesty and ḥijāb. The data collection method is based on reviewing library documents, theoretical studies, and empirical research. By analyzing Islamic teachings related to efāf and ḥijāb, it can be argued that the most effective strategies for increasing and strengthening the desire for modesty and ḥijāb among individuals in society, especially among youth, include: considering the psychological and personality traits of youth, increasing awareness and insight among women and society, respecting cultural norms specific to youth, strengthening psychological and cultural motivation toward modesty, providing role models and role modeling, eliminating barriers to modesty, Implementing comprehensive policies aligned with Islamic culture and values. درونی‌سازی و تقویت میل به حجاب و عفاف در آحاد جامعه از اهداف سترگ فعالیت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی و اسلامی است. سؤال اساسی پژوهش پیش رو این است که مهم‌ترین راهکارهای ترویج و ارتقاء عفاف و حجاب در افراد جامعه و به‌ویژه در بانوان جوان کدام است و راهکار برون رفت از رغبت حداقلی برخی از بانوان و دختران جوان به حجاب و عفاف چیست؟ روش به کاررفته در این تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی است و با رویکرد اجتهادی و با ملاحظه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و روان‌شناختی بانوان جوان، به بررسی عوامل شناختی و انگیزشی آنان در رغبت و یا عدم رغبت به پدیده حجاب و عفاف، پرداخته می‌شود. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مبتنی بر بررسی اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و نظری و تحقیقات تجربی است. با بررسی و تحلیل آموزه‌های اسلامی مرتبط با حجاب و عفاف، می‌توان ادعا نمود که مهم‌ترین راهکارهای افزایش و تقویت میل به حجاب و عفاف در افراد جامعه و به‌ویژه در جوانان عبارتند از: توجه به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و روان‌شناختی جوانان، افزایش بصیرت و آگاهی در بانوان و در آحاد جامعه، توجه به هنجارهای فرهنگی و بومی جوانان، تقویت انگیزش و تمایل روان‌شناختی و فرهنگی آحاد جامعه به سوی عفاف، الگو دهی و الگو پرداری، کنترل و حذف موانع عفاف، سیاست‌گذاری جامع و متناسب با فرهنگ و ارزش‌های اسلامی و... https://iss.razavi.ac.ir/article_1945_b206850e86d19a94fd7e1ab60600e5f6.pdf
